Objective: 

To build effective and long-lasting brands for all awards in partnership with their local newspaper, ensuring positive brand association for each community. To organise, manage and deliver unforgettable ceremonies to celebrate the success and dedication of professional and amateur sportsmen and women to their sporting communities.

Activity: 

Champions (UK) plc organised, branded, event managed and arranged PR for each awards ceremony creating a sense of excitement surrounding each event. We worked on all aspects of the awards including selling sponsorships for the individual awards as well as the ceremonies themselves, working alongside the newspapers to ensure the sponsors received the PR outlined within their sponsorship package, prior to and after the event.

We also managed celebrity attendance, catering, venue liaison including design and entertainment to achieve the highest qualities for all aspects of the clients’ briefs making these awards ceremonies influential and glamorous occasions, achieving high levels of media and public attention.

These awards ceremonies are intended to be a true celebration of sport in each region, featuring sporting stars, members of the wider sporting community as well as key members of the local business community.
