Brief
To showcase Sam’s second studio album, Sing My Heart Out, to music industry and media decision-makers. To create a buzz around Sam’s return to the spotlight and to provide the album with momentum in the run-up to release.
Delivery
To lend the launch the requisite glamour, we settled upon The Dorchester hotel and began to reach out to the national press and figures from the music industry and the broader media. With interest double our expectation, we finalised evolved catering plans for the three-hour album launch and arranged suitable security for the event. Having dealt with all AV provision through trusted partners, we dressed The Ballroom and prepared a pop-up media hub to facilitate a one-hour interview schedule. In addition to members of the press, we were able to welcome a number of celebrities, including Vanessa Feltz, Richard Hadfield from Collabro, Pat Sharpe, Andy Abraham, Sandi Bogle from Gogglebox, Linda Robson, Sam Callahan and Jason Burrill.
Outcome
Over 260 guests left with their goodie bags, copies of the album and a real positive vibe. Meanwhile total coverage reached an incredible 953,950,908 across over 300 different print, broadcast and digital titles.
