Using social media advertisement, ABIRE were looking to promote their Florida properties across two audiences with the aim to generate leads and create a sense of brand awareness. Looking to position itself as the go-to expert in investing in luxury retail and buying and selling property, Champions we tasked with a distributing two press releases.
Our social media team put together a lead generation ad campaign that targeted tailored audiences in Florida and areas of Canada. As the campaign was slip between locations, Champions was able to report on key metrics from each location giving ABIRE clear insight into levels of demand and interest. Distributing various commentary to the media and building an extensive UK property list we actively reached home and property media titles gaining full page spreads and commentary across national and industry press.
The social campaign resulted in a combined 153 leads to both interact with and add to ABIRE’s database, 70,975 impressions assisting in brand awareness, an average cost per lead of $6.54 and 1,072 direct visits to the website. Reaching 405M readers, Alistair Brown International Real Estate was featured across the DailyMail, HouseLadder, Home UK Magazine, WealthTribune, TheNegotiator, Buildmagazine as well as Luxury Life Travel.
