Brief
To create three regional networking events to enhance connections between leading corporate entities. To plan and execute over 15 high end, intimate events each year.
Delivery
Using our extensive regional contacts, we worked from concept to events of a rare calibre, attracting some of the country’s most prestigious businesses and C-suite individuals. With 2016 events including countryside outdoor pursuits, a day at the polo, a fine dining experience in a top-end jewellers and high quality wine and champagne tastings, we have successfully booked and managed some of the region’s most exclusive venues. Our team works on everything from invitation and RSVP design and management, contract negotiation and catering to booking and briefing entertainment to ensure each event is not only unique but of the highest possible quality.
Outcome
Each of our three clubs have grown since their establishment and each now has a waiting list for prospective members. Our events have brought key decision makers together and helped forge a number of successful, ongoing business relationships.
