Back2Fitness, a leading provider of physiotherapy services including expert injury treatment, sports massages, and rehabilitation, came to Champions with the requirement of wanting to gain a better understanding of its business assets and their contribution towards the brand.
The Champions Brand Strategy team reviewed all of Back2Fitness’ current assets to understand how they work to communicate the business’s values, vision, messaging, and service value, and whether they are positively contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand. Champions began with taking a stock inventory, before delving deeper into each individual asset, ranging from the website, brochures and physical collateral including protein shakers and towels, and provided suggestions on how these could be updated and used more effectively.
As a result of the Brand Asset Review, Back2Fitness was provided with the 12 Week Transformation Plan, clearly outlining exactly what was needed to make the most of these various assets and stock.
Champions also provided further ideas on how Back2Fitness could utilise surplus inventory at the businesses advantage.
