We developed internal and external signage, menus, ‘What’s On’ flyers, social media graphics, posters and e-shots to modernise the brand and promote the casino’s restaurant and sports bar. We built both a new website and a data capture app to gather information on customers’ interests and socio-economic and demographic insights to enhance the digital and direct mail campaigns we run.
Visitor numbers have increased in 2016 alone the app helped us grow the database by 5,667% enabling us to target customers with personalised deals and details of up-coming entertainment in which they have expressed an interest.
