Brief
To create a forward-thinking, quirky and humorous campaign to engage employees in an internal promotion exercise.
Delivery
We developed a concept using kids as ‘hero’ personas, showcasing their future aspirations. Using the tagline ‘it’s what all little ones want to be when they grow up’, large posters were placed in key staff areas on company premises, promoting the idea the link between hard work and progress.
Outcome
Capital One staff were encouraged to better themselves in pursuit of both internal promotion and greater career satisfaction.
