To create a high impact brand educating four discrete health and lifestyle audiences with messaging around the benefits of environmental toxin testing.
Delivery
We drew on the company’s values and vision to create a powerful brand, website and accompanying infrastructure that appeals to key audiences in a market that hitherto did not exist. Our activity was enhanced by a comprehensive communications strategy that garnered exposure for this unique offering in channels known to be popular among the four audiences. Our creative and digital teams designed and built a user-friendly ecommerce website leads visitors quickly and easily to the information and products they seek, through a simple purchase process and includes an automated email service to update customers on the process of their order and the subsequent testing regime. In order to launch the new brand and offer we formulated a plan using PR, SEO, Digital Advertising and Social Media to create initial brand awareness among the four core markets and to direct them to the website.
Outcome
We have built a strong brand, supporting material and website architecture that was successfully complemented by a comprehensive 6-month launch plan to give Lasting Health momentum from the outset. Having practically created a market from scratch, and established the client as its market leader, we continue to work closely with them to research and identify fresh opportunities to further consolidate their brand.
