Mattioli Woods, an established provider of wealth management and employee benefits services, came to Champions with a vision for a new, sleek, and modern website that would accurately reflect both their professionalism and innovative product offering. With a focus on increasing the usability for their customers and improving their overall website performance, a new website was necessary to place them in a competitive position and support their continued business growth.
Delivery
Champions worked very closely with Mattioli Woods throughout the entirety of the project to create a new website that was a huge improvement from their previous site. From developing a streamlined website structure, to building comprehensive service pages and ensuring the website provided a seamless user journey, we wanted to help them develop a platform that they could be proud of. Mattioli Woods has a particular interest in highlighting their contributions to equal pay and opportunities within the workplace, and this was reflected through a custom-made graph that displayed the gender pay gap. This was a prominent feature of the site, one that the client was eager to show off to both clients, investors, and stakeholders. The client needed their services to be easy to find, and so Champions developed an attractive yet easy-to-use navigation menu that allowed for a streamlined user experience, helping their customers to find exactly what they’re looking for with ease. Another key part of the clients offering is their advisers. With advisers in varying sectors including inheritance tax, estate planning, employee benefits and pensions, it was important to construct a simple way to reach the right team member. With this in mind, the “Find an Adviser” section was created, allowing customers to find an adviser based on either their location or specific needs in a convenient form.
Outcome
Mattioli Woods now has a comprehensive website that delivers on all aspects. From answering users’ needs to providing timely and insightful news and information, Mattioli Woods can use their website as a platform to support their customers and excel their business growth. The refreshed design and modern layout of the site brings new life to Mattioli Woods, whilst establishing them as leaders within their industry. With call-to-action buttons clearly displayed on all sections of the website, ease of communication has increased. The accessibility of the site has also been improved thanks to a clear structure and the addition of alt tags for each image throughout the site.
