To bridge the communications gap between the Numark membership buying group, its distribution partner and individual pharmacies. To ensure member pharmacists were equipped with brand and point of sale tools to support in-store sales. To provide assistance to Numark in fulfilling its regulatory obligations and to source and activate sponsorship opportunities to promote the brand to relevant target markets.


We worked in close partnership with Numark’s marketing team, the distributors Phoenix and a sizeable network of member pharmacies to create timely elements of collateral, such as PoS and product catalogues, to ensure the pharmacies had appropriate materials and information at key periods in the calendar. We also provided ad hoc and ongoing support for Numark in creating written and design content that assisted with their regulatory compliance both in-store and in terms of their head office administrative function. Seeking to broaden awareness and shape positive brand perceptions among core audiences, we identified and secured a number of event and sport sponsorship assets, such as the headline sponsorship of the Numark British Par 3 Championship in golf, a sport with an audience demographic known to put high demand on pharmacists.


We provided a range of creative and event management services to ensure that Numark realised the maximum value and ROI on these opportunities through sponsorship activation. The multichannel delivery capabilities of Champions soon saw that we became an integral part of the Numark team and its communications armoury. As a result of our consistent and wide-ranging activity, Numark retained us a key partner for over a decade.
