Through a series of business acquisitions over the past five years, the company now has UK-wide coverage, while holding true to its founding principles of helping enterprising owner-managed businesses to flourish and grow.
DAINS provides a plethora of services ranging from accounts, and taxation to auditing, corporate finance and payrolls all underpinned by a business advisory approach. DAINS are also national leaders in a number of specialist financial fields including forensic accounting. They work with an internal values system of fairness, integrity and working together, something the organisation is adamant on maintaining throughout its growth cycle.
DAINS’ accountancy and advisory solutions are adaptable to businesses across any sector, and the team specialises in delivering these services from start-ups and growth ambition to maturity and exits/successions. The team handles compliance, build intelligent financial reporting systems, and provide technical advice for complex areas like talent acquisition, pay structures, and business acquisitions.
Delivery
Champions partnered with DAINS Accountants for a full strategy process, navigating the business through a full audit including stakeholder interviews, market insights and competitor analysis, a brand value proposition and brand alignment. This also incorporated full collateral for a new brand ID, in which a refreshed, holistic website was designed and launched.
As a result of this partnership, Champions have set a clear direction for DAINS to find ownable space in the market along with a clear target audience who are currently underserved by the accountancy sector. In addition, Champions helped DAINS navigate the integration of multiple acquisitions into one firm. Champions also confirmed a clear set of rules and principles for integrating future acquisitions under the DAINS Group, highlighting the value of relationships with a focus on results, while thinking local and that every client is different

This new look and feel delivers the clear point of difference DAINS offers to private companies, and highlights their focus on long term growth of their clients through the adoption of a consultative business advisory approach.
