Career guidance service Futures approached Champions to help generate enquiries for its ‘Futures For You’ part of the business. Champions designed the whole Google Ads account, which included a conversion and behavioural tracking implementation on the website.

The major focus was to perform keyword research to pick and choose the right keywords for the campaign. Account structuring and keyword selection were crucial to achieving the goal. The campaign helped Futures generate 61 leads with a conversion rate of 11.49% - the industry benchmark average conversion rate for the employment service sector is 5.13%. This, alongside organic improvements, ensured the Futures campaign was successful.
