Focusing on web and SEO activity, we audited the site to create a list of priority areas for action. That activity identified the need for an improved site map, and radical changes to the wireframing of the homepage, thus improving the conversion journey for customers requesting demos. We also made a series of recommendations around call-to-action placement and advised and implemented a range of key site improvements with the aim of simplifying the customer journey even further.
The success of activity has seen us integrate with the client to an even greater extent, becoming an extension of the team by delivering weekly updates and tracking the progress of the site. As such, three months after our initial engagement, we ran a second full SEO report to demonstrate the improvements we had brought in and uncovering a range of further issues to address in the following months.
