We were tasked with producing a one-off release for Gusto Homes new eco-development, Woodlands Edge in Lincoln. Our aim was to increase the profile of Gusto Homes and their latest project to potential new residents in the local area, plus reach homes and property related media titles.
Our content team developed a creative article which highlighted all of the major innovations in the eco-friendly development alongside case studies and comments from the first new homeowners on the estate. The PR team at Champions established a target media list consisting of homes and property journalists, environmental and construction titles as well as national and regional press. The team at Gusto Homes were continually updated with media inclusions and were able to leverage the coverage on their website and social media channels, sharing the news even further. Members of the Gusto Homes team were also invited to attend the sustainable building and estates forum on 20th and 21st June and several advertising opportunities were sent over to Gusto Homes for deliberation.
Champions gained more than 3.5M readers across online and print media during one month of activity, building a huge buzz around the new eco-housing development in the regional area desired by Gusto Homes. As a result, Gusto Homes were positioned as a leading supplier of sustainable housing in an eco-driven future, highlighting their consideration of the community as well as proving they were the go-to for efficient energy usage and cost reduction for new home buyers.
