Brief
To organise the Rainbows Celebrity Charity Ball at The Dorchester in London’s Park Lane and raise as much money as possible for a Loughborough-based hospice charity.
Delivery
We liaised closely with the hotel’s staff in order to perfect all catering and event-specific décor in the iconic Ballroom. We provided entertainment in the form of Strictly Come Dancing stars Janette and Aljaz, Todd Miller & The Joe Loss Orchestra, award-winning young ballroom dancers Lloyd and Rebecca. Our team secured the likes of Sam Bailey, Kellie Maloney, William Roache MBE, Vanessa Feltz, Peter Shilton OBE, Graham Bell, Matthew Hoggard MBE and the boys from Blue to add star quality to the event.
Outcome
400 guests were welcomed at a Laurent Perrier Champagne reception, sponsored by The Dorchester, and we were able raise £201,976 for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.
