Brief
To turbocharge the client’s drive to become known as Birmingham’s top hotel.
Delivery
Using our access to travel media and B2B leisure industry press, we were able to arrange for a number of publications to be guided round the hotel with a view to publishing reviews. We undertook a successful crisis communications campaign in reaction to an unfavourable situation and produced and were able to establish the General Manager as a leading authority figure in the West Midlands leisure sector.
Outcome
We were responsible for 88 positive articles across the travel and leisure media, achieving an overall circulation of 92,933,463.
