Promoting a sense of exclusivity, Madison & Mayfair wanted its email database to be the first to know about its sale, which offered 15% off sitewide and 30% off selected items.

The eshot was delivered to Madison & Mayfair’s email database at a key time of day to ensure optimal open rates and engagement.
Outcome
With the works completed, the email generated £265 worth of sales for Madison & Mayfair, and exceeded the industry standards of a 17% open rate and 1.25% click through rate.
The email received total opens of 1,559, with 11.1% clicks per unique session.
