Photo Frames and Art (PF&A) is a family-run business located in Kent, England. Offering a huge selection of art, home décor, photo frames and everything in between, the brand delivers throughout Mainland UK and the Highlands of Scotland.
With a relatively small email database that was mostly going unused, the brand approached Champions with the desire to reengage and retarget the customers within this database whilst continuing to grow and expand its mailing list further.

THE BRIEF
We knew that with an extremely engaging and visual ecommerce business such as Photo Frames & Art, email marketing was going to play a pivotal role in driving revenue, reengaging previous customers and promoting new products and sales. Our targets were to:
Drive more conversions and revenue through email marketing
Increase the email subscribers mailing list
Create engaging email campaigns that are on-brand and exciting
THE STRATEGY
Through various activity, Champions was able to make email a leading channel for Photo Frames & Art. Champions ensured that regular email marketing communications were going out to subscribers, thus increasing brand awareness by consistently reminding customers about the brand and its offerings.
Additionally to this, Champions introduced a new pop-up form design for email subscribers to easily purchase products through simply clicking on an email.
Champions was also responsible for creating new email workflows, to welcome new customers and draw attention to abandoned carts, further encouraging conversion, as well as designing new email templates from A/B testing and best practice, further contributing to the increase in both revenue and new subscribers.
