To plan and deliver a series of three high value networking dinners to promote business development between brands and professional services providers.
Recommending The Dorchester hotel in Mayfair as a suitably prestigious venue for the three events, we used our contacts at the hotel to secure access to the Holford Room and the Orchid Room, to host the wine reception and dinner respectively, and to ensure the menu and service exceeded client expectations. Our Events team collaborated with our designers to develop a full suite of consistent event collateral, from event brochures right down to place cards and name badges, liaising with both the client and sponsor throughout the process. We ran registration on the day and managed the event schedule to ensure everything, including keynote speeches from David Bell, Director of the Private Client Dining Club and Sean Moran of the sponsor, Bermuda Business Development Agency, went precisely to plan.
As a result of our pre-event support and on-site management of the three dinners, we created an environment conducive to the building of high level business relationships. Over 300 high net worth international individuals enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere and were able to forge mutually beneficial links with new partners.
