To create video and presentation concepts illustrating Tata’s successful delivery in support of Carlsberg’s European operations and how well attuned the client is to the drinks company’s global strategy. To use those materials to demonstrate that Tata’s global operational capabilities were also geographically aligned with Carlsberg’s worldwide requirements. To devise an innovative way to deliver messaging to C-suite decision-makers and create an opportunity for discussions to be held over the broadening of Tata’s global delivery.
We conducted in-depth research to uncover Carlsberg’s core strategy initiatives – TOGETHER TOWARDS ZERO and SAIL ’22 – to then create a narrative that demonstrated Tata’s existing alignment with their central tenets. Our copywriting, design and videography teams worked together to create not only an engaging short video but a unique dual branded direct mail concept that saw us deliver the video – in a bespoke video brochure - to Carlsberg’s European C-suite, inviting them to a plush hospitality event. Tata Communications then asked us to create a series of presentation materials in support of further discussions with Carlsberg, highlighting granular detail of their historic delivery and proposals for upgrading and expanding their connectivity services.
Our video direct mail initiative delivered the desired result in securing further discussions between Tata and Carlsberg senior leadership, which we were able to support with the presentation piece described above. The success of the project then led to Tata Communications engaging us to create bespoke concepts targeting C-suite level individuals at both Air France and Jaguar Land Rover and aiming to open discussions on further broadening of relationships.
