Brief
To conduct an in-depth brand audit of industry leading global data center and engineering business WBS, with the curiosity on how to increase business value and exit strategy.
Delivery
We undertook an intensive analysis and delivered wide range of recommendations on how to move their brand forward. Over a period of three months, we interviewed key stakeholders at WBS identifying key insights into the business, its needs, objectives and vision. We investigated all aspects of the brand activity including; identity, competitors, market, industry insights, internal and external communications; producing a comprehensive list of actionable recommendations.
Outcome
Our recommendations highlighted that the business needed to take a step back, revaluate the current brand identity, activity and communication strategy, both internally and externally. We also recommended potential new services that would enhance the offering of WBS. The business has since started working with us on a rebrand, a new website and the development of a range of promotional materials and collateral.
