To create and develop Corporate & Social Responsibility policy, strategy and underlying communications and activity focus for the University of Leicester.
Creating an overarching theme in which their activities sit, we focused on five specific themes that are integral elements to the university. We were responsible for creating, designing and underpinning the entire strategy. Liaising with stakeholders and key members of staff, case studies were created to demonstrate why each theme was relevant in the local area and further afield.
A comprehensive CSR policy remains in place, delivering specific benefits in line with each strategic theme.
